[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide treasurer financial advisor services for an upcoming refinancing of Building Authority Bonds in the amount of $25,000,000 and $37,000,000 as well as possible future borrowing,
- Financial advisor services relating to the evaluation, authorization, sale, and issuance of general obligation and appropriation-based debt, including but not limited to, the following:
- Recommend timing, manner of sale, and structure of bond issues, call features, flow of funds, security provisions, maturity schedules, etc,
- Develop a sale timeline assigning deadlines and responsibility for key milestones in consultation,
- Relationships with credit rating agencies, apply for ratings upon request of the County, develop rating strategies, schedule and attend credit rating agency meetings,
- Provide research and analysis assistance as requested in connection with economic development opportunities, special taxing districts, potential operational cost saving opportunities, public-private partnerships, special state/federal grant, loan or financing opportunities, special projects, etc. to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
