- Perform an audit of the capital area district library finances in accordance with and government auditing standards
- Issue an opinion on the financial condition of the organization based on the audit
- Conduct any and all other tests of the accounting records necessary to full fill the auditing and reporting requirements

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
