Vendor needs to provide furniture consulting services to the government authority located in Lake Orion, MI.
- Programming:
- Needs analysis meeting,
- Review project parameters and goals,
- Perform audit of existing furniture at existing sites,
- Design coordination with project team to determine individual rooms furniture needs such as workstations, private offices, task chairs, ancillary furniture including conference rooms, training rooms, break areas, soft seating collaboration spaces,
- Site verify field conditions and measurements, CAD drawings required,
- Design development: furniture layout and product application:
- Create furniture plan with architect,
- Provide multiple product options,
- Review all finish selections, Provide physical samples of all finishes for selection,
- Preliminary budget and cost estimating,
- Final Design and budget review.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
