[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing service for develop a marketing and outreach strategy, content, and distribution plan.
- Brand Strategy (including positioning and target personas)
- Brand Identity (including logo, color palette, fonts, tagline, brand guide) - Creative Production of Marketing Collateral
- Digital and Print Media Purchase (in advance of campaign launch) - create a go to-market strategy for these programs that can be scaled and used for future programs, create content for programs, help create physical and digital distribution systems to distribute content, and help set up evaluation criteria and system to monitor strategy effectiveness of reaching target market.
- Create an outreach and marketing strategy that includes brand strategy, identify, and go-to-market

- Media Purchase including Flyers, Social Media Campaigns, Bus ads and Mailers.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2019
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
