[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide investment management services for portfolio management services for short-term and long-term investment management to the government authority located in Warren, MI.
- Investment strategy should meet the objectives of safety and liquidity, while providing a return net of fees that is at least equal, if not greater than a benchmark for similar investments.
- Investment management firm that will provide the following services manage the portfolio with discretionary authority; must be a registered investment advisor as defined and regulated by the securities and exchange commission and registered with the state, act as fiduciary for the account, provide performance reports and online account access to designated college personnel to view transactional activity, print monthly statements and review account assets, present quarterly performance and market condition reports to the investment committee and college’s board of trustees, as needed, advise the administration on investment guideline changes to maximize performance.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 09, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
