[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital surveillance and security access control systems for allow real-time monitoring of front entrances to visually identify visitors and have two-way voice/audio communication, surveillance systems installed, camera systems should prioritize covering exterior doors, school hallways, and other highly traffic areas to the government authority located in New Boston, MI.
- Cameras should be IP based and accessible throughout the district and remotely to emergency dispatch/services
- allow staff to track movement throughout school property. More details regarding the digital surveillance systems
- The digital surveillance solution proposed must include iOS and Android mobile clients
- Event driven video capture with pre and post event recording must be supported
- The digital surveillance solution proposed must be capable of storing a minimum of 30 days of video
- The system must support continuous, scheduled, and event/motion-based recording. Cameras must be configured to capture relevant video using recording methods appropriate for each camera location
- Event based, time coordinated multi-camera playback of stored video must be supported
- Display of pre-defined camera groups must be supported
- Video must be exportable with timestamps and watermarks acceptable as evidence in legal proceedings either in standard formats or bundled with a distributable reader
- allow for the printing of still images from stored or live video.
- security and IT staff covering system administration, advanced system operation, maintenance, and support procedures
- Cameras must support a depth of field, light management, and other characteristics related to image clarity important to achieve the HSD’s goal of maximizing the ability to recognize faces in live and stored video.
- Cameras must provide high quality, wide dynamic range video and still images.
(2) A pre-bid meeting and walk through will be held on August 5, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2019.
