- Community Description,
- Physical Inventory of existing Recreational Facilities,
- Needs Assessment,
- Action Plan,
- Recreation Master Plan must also include documentation of the Procedures used for plan adoption, including citizen review and comment, public notice, and official resolution as appropriate to the government authority located in Dearborn Heights, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
