Government authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for fire department notification system.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fire department notification system
· System should work with CLEMIS 911 interface (Current interface is web API).
· Redundant Encrypted Data transfer
· Text to Speech readout of Job information
· Configurable Heart Smart Ramping Audio
· Configurable Heart Smart ramping LED lighting
· Capable of integrating with existing station P.A. systems
· Quantity 8 50" 1080p commercial displays 24x7x365 duty cycle
· All necessary supplies included (wiring, speakers, etc)
· LED Lighting will be for 3 zones in 2 stations, 6 zones in 1 station
· 4G redundant capable backup, 4G secure data transfer for use in Tablets/Toughbooks
· 10 total 10"-13" Tablets Windows based will need to be required
· Able to integrate with use of live arc GIS hydrant files (no shape files)
· Configurable Inputs/Outputs for garage door, lights, valves, etc.
· Installation
· 3 yr maintenance agreement included
· Cloud based solution then each station control unit should have ethernet and cellular backup
system
· System should also have capability of Radio system alert capability.
· GIS mapping and Hydrant layer should be able to work with ESRI online API or CLEMIS API.
· Any internet access through Alert system to internet need IP and port requirement.
· Any remote access to unit from internet should be initiated through physical access from unit.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
