[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide secondary employment management software.
- Software for management of secondary employment assignments and billing
- Ability to generate invoices separately for admin/vehicle fees and officer payment
- Secure hosting and encryption at rest
- Web-based accessibility, including on mobile devices
- Automated notification system, e.g., ability to email and text message officers about unfilled SE assignment
- Ability to provide a regularly recurring export or view to Microsoft SQL Server environment
- Ability to provide a regularly recurring export or view to Tableau environment
- Ability to create assignments, distribute them to eligible officers, set limits on the number of hours works by the officers, receive payment from secondary employers for administrative and vehicle fees.
- Ability to list Premium jobs separately, for officers who meet certain qualifications
- Ability to track compliance for policy adherence, penalty, positive feedback and discipline (e.g., body worn camera usage audits)
- Ability to restrict users from bidding on specific assignments and job sites
- Ability to suspend users from system for a specific period and have their reactivation scheduled for future date
- Ability to track the Secondary Employer’s payment to the officers
- Ability for officers to access posted assignments on mobile device, desktop, laptop or tablet
- Detailed profile with Ability for officers to view history of payments and estimated taxes
- Note any compatibility with record management or digital activity log systems.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 26, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
