[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide project management consulting services to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
- Capital Projects Transformation Stage-Gate Structure Design and Installation include Design and install the stage gate structure with required deliverables, by project Type defined during the
Planning, Enable Portfolio gates as fitted to BWL needs (e.g. Feasibility, Study, Readiness, Funding), Design and install an enforceable RACIs at each gate, Design and install Decision Authority for “Go/No Go”, by type, process elements and in compliance with BWL financial authority structure and asset risk structure, Design and pilot training materials for all included functions, working with Human Resources and Change Management for implementation, Design and Install planning and reporting tools, based on selected Key Performance Indicators, for the stage gate structure, Installation of the Governance team, with orientation in Capital Strategy Portfolio, Selection, agreement on work-streams for each phase (Funding Readiness, Organizational Alignment,
Execution Management, Communication & Training), Define a stage-gate structure based on Project Management Institute Project Management Body of Knowledge (“PMBOK’), fit to LBWL needs, Define project type classification, Key Performance Indicator Cascade for Capital Projects Strategy Execution and Documentation of the defined stage-gate structure.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 24, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
