Government Authority located Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Electronic Time and Attendance Application.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Electronic Time and Attendance Application for a SaaS (Software as a Service or “cloud) based software application to provide electronic time keeping and attendance functionality to provide electronic accumulation of time card data and leave time balances for its’ multi¬-campus institution.
1. Provide various methods (i.e. time clocks, mobile, web) of accumulating time card information for an institution with multiple bargaining units, each with differing contractual rules in regards to pay levels, time off, pay periods and approvals
2. Increase overall efficiencies through electronic accumulation of time and attendance information.
3. Provide an approval process that allows supervisors and alternative supervisor to view and approve time worked entry and leave time requests.
4. Provide web based resources so managers will know if their staff have reported to work or have requested time off.
5. Provide sufficient reporting resources and workflows to quickly locate missing time reporting and notify appropriate staff prior to payroll processing.
6. Provide necessary reporting capabilities for Human Resource and Payroll staff.
7. Preference is for a cloud-based system that easily integrates with Colleague Unidata Portal.
8. Dashboard and ad hoc reporting that allows for key utilization metrics and reports with data export capabilities to Excel.
9. Interface with an electronic time clock system.
10. The system must be configurable without special code customization to accommodate the College’s various leave plan benefits, which also vary based on bargaining agreement:
11. The system must be configurable without customization to accommodate time card/entry workflow, approval and conditions across the College’s 11 collective bargaining agreements and multiple pay cycles
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 26, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
