[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide recreation management system to provide an online recreation management system for the county parks and recreation commission.
- Ideally, the Recreation Management System will handle campsite and other park facility reservations, sales at the parks including daily passes and annual stickers, and firewood sales
- The system will provide a variety of summary reports and initial training for designated park employees
- Online service provided for campground reservations, pavilion rentals, park passes and items
- The recreation management system will have the capability for, but not be limited to, credit card payments, accounting reports as well as data information compiled for the county, and such capabilities are to be included in the proposal
- The reservation management system must be fully compliant with disabilities act and specifically as it relates to governmental services
- The proposal shall offer cost options of cloud based or server-based system
- The proposal shall include the procedure to be used for testing and validation of the recreation management system prior to its final endorsement
- The proposal shall include a description of any training materials that will be provided to the county for use by end users of the recreation management system
(2) A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 17, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Global, companies from all over the world can apply for this. However, Vendor may need to visit client location for onsite meetings.
