[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Financial Aid Process Enhancement to providers of financial aid electronic forms for file completion and verification processing services
- seeking a solution which will enable our students to interact with the financial aid office in an easy, mobile and personalized way, thereby increasing our financial aid completion rate. This solution will
● Provide a net price calculator that demonstrates our unique value
● Create federally compliant financial aid forms which use ISIR logic to determine what data must be provided by the student, pre-filled on web forms and verified
● Have an ISIR file review process that identifies conflicting information including cross aid year conflicts
● Automate verification, professional judgments, SAP appeals, C code resolution, custom forms and other financial aid processes
● Provide a student portal with single sign-on capability that contains compliant e-signature functionality for both students and parents
● Deliver digital, mobile award letters to students
● Contain web-based answers to financial aid inquiries 24/7/365
● Incorporate imaging system integration for all documents received and processed
● Meet all product functionality and technical requirements including easy integration with our student information system
● Identify any hardware would need to purchase, install and/or set up within its network perimeter
● Permit to maintain ownership of data collected and generated in the course of the use of the product
● Allow to view user access and update logs with ability to determine when and who accessed or updated individual student information
● Provide a description of the product’s information security, encryption, threat detection/mitigation, data breach and disaster recovery protocols and policies and any standards (such as ISO or FIPS) with which they comply
● Protect through encryption personally identifiable information in transit, including both to and from the college and to and from the United States Department of Education processor and while at rest
● Include data destruction process/procedure should termination of services occur
● Provide analytics for application volume, geography mapping, Pell Grant distribution and award letter usage to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
(2) A contract period will be for one year.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
