Vendor needs to provide media buying and consultative services for analysis, advisement, placement and purchase of media for parks and golf courses, recreation attractions, special events and programs, Media recommended and selected should be the most effective and measurable for the specific facility, event, attraction or program,
- Undertook a branding process with Studio and changed the way it communicates with its current and potential guests, surveys indicated that radio, TV and digital billboard advertising was costly and not effective, most people hear about parks and recreation system, events, programs and facilities via word of mouth, the website, e-mail marketing, social media and flyers/printed materials,
- Also interested in exploring new advertising options including online advertising, social media, targeted audience advertising and other methods,
- To increase number of households using the parks, encourage increased participation in programs, services and events and establish long-term promotional partnerships with businesses and organizations,
- A report of reach, effectiveness and method of measurement should be contained in each media purchase plan and campaign.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
