[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bus advertising program to contract with a single firm to sell, install, remove, and maintain bus advertising in order to maximize the advertising revenue stream potential and for smart to receive compensation for the use of its advertising space.
- The advertising space includes smart buses, as well as other optional devices on the fleet or programs as proposed by the contractor.
1. Interior and Exterior Bus Advertising
- Smart will not guarantee any minimum number of buses on which advertising is permitted
- Smart will not guarantee a geographic area in which buses will travel.
- Buses may be transferred to any of the three terminals as needed
2. Interior Ad space
- Interior ad space is available inside all fixed route buses and connector vehicles
- In general, 24-point cardstock or equivalent will be used for interior ads on fixed route buses.
- The ad height is 11 inches by any length not to exceed 48 inches
3. All wrap advertising
- Smart logo must be included in the design and prominently displayed on the front of the vehicle.
- Smart logo and customer service phone number and website must be included in the design and prominently located on the curb side of the vehicle.
- Smart reserves the right to choose a ¾ sided wrap if artwork does not prominently display Smart information as required.
- No more than 15% of the eligible fixed route vehicles at each terminal location will be designated as full wrap vehicles
(2) Contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
