Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Microsoft dynamics great plains partner services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft dynamics great plains partner services which include discovery, software implementation services, ongoing maintenance, training and technical support.
a. Enhance the efficiency of system use and reporting.
b. Strengthen knowledge of practical tools for GP.
c. Share with fiscal and IT Staff best practices, guidance, and industry standards for GP and recommend useful third-party modules.
d. Assist in developing a strategic plan to ensure the tools used will meet our needs into the future
- Microsoft Dynamics GP on-premise or cloud solution
a. Create a new company and chart of accounts in the current great plains environment based on the chart of accounts provided to the successful vendor.
b. This must be done by September 15, 2019 to be ready for the new fiscal year that starts October 1, 2019.
c. Create new monthly financial statements based on specifications in great plains.
d. Conduct discovery of current fiscal practices and software.
e. Provide an analysis of keeping GP on premise, moving to the cloud, or migrating to dynamics 365 finance and operations.
f. If agency decides to stay with GP, the successful vendor will upgrade GP to the latest version.
g. Provide recommendations to utilize GP functionality to improve processes.
h. Provide technical consultation on the implementation of recommendations.
i. Provide training, dashboard, report development, etc.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9, 2019.
(3) A confirmation of interest form will be due on July 3, 2019.
(4) Contract term will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
