Government authority located in Allegan, Michigan, USA based organization looking for expert vendor for curb side recycling services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide curb side recycling services to any eligible household Unit in
the Township that registers to participate for curb side recycling service to the government authority located in Allegan, MI.
- Newsprint, Paper, Cardboard, Paperboard, Magazines, Glass bottles and jars (no glass cookware), plastic jugs, bottles and containers, Metal cans and foil, Cartons.
- Collection shall be provided using a ninety-six-gallon cart.
- Neither the Township nor the County shall be responsible for the cost of carts or accept any liability for them.
- One cart is to be provided to each Unit by Contractor upon request of the Unit.
- Carts provided to each Unit must be clean, without stains and in good working order.
- Carts may not have any deformed, cracked, missing or broken plastic or parts.
- Participants must be allowed to place overflow materials in clear see-through plastic bags adjacent to the cart
- The number of participating household Units signed up for the curb side recycling program is subject to fluctuation.
- A Unit is defined as a liveable dwelling within the corporate limits of the Township that is billed the recycling surcharge.
- The Township shall periodically notify all eligible residents about the recycling collection program, including new customer sign up procedures, access to customer service and route schedules.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019.
