[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide utility worker recruitment services to use their expertise and experience to assist the board of water and light in locating, pre-qualifying and recruiting journey worker level utility workers to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.
- The board employs approximately 700 bargaining and non-bargaining employees
- Initial recruitment of qualified candidates
- Assisting the client in identifying top candidates
- Assisting in the selection of finalists including the ultimate selection.
(2) The term of the contract will be one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
