[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology staffing services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- Staff Augmentation Services for the position of the bi/ai analyst / data scientist, cisco network engineer / network architect, cloud services specialist, cyber security manager, cyber security technician/ analyst, data/business analyst, data warehouse/ bi architect, data warehouse/ bi developer, data warehouse management consultant, database design & administration / dba / data architects, desktop support, enterprise architect, GIS software developer, graphic designer, line of business manager, Maximo analyst/ administrator, Motorola radio programming, project manager, quality assurance (QA) tester, software engineer, systems administrator, systems engineer, technical or rfp writer, technology contract administrator, telephony support services and test manager.
- Graphic Designer for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact.
- GIS Software Developer to Develops custom GIS (Geographic Information Systems) programs in a variety of languages designed to enhance user functionality and ease of use. encodes, tests,
debugs, documents and installs programs to support three-tier and two-tier applications. prepares program specifications, data models and coding logic diagrams when required.
- GIS Analyst to Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align GIS
(Geographic Information Systems) technology solutions with the business initiatives. Prepares functional, system and programming specifications using industry accepted practices. Performs GIS application configuration, testing and acceptance to ensure business community’s needs are met. Support existing GIS applications and customers overall GIS needs.
- Data Warehouse Management Consultant to assists IT management by providing strategic input with respect to enterprise data warehouse and business intelligence program initiatives. interfaces with representatives from multiple departments and agencies to understand business drivers. develops program roadmaps for accomplishing strategic objectives.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 8, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite and Onsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
