[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide financial and compliance audits services for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2019, and the contract may be renewed to include fiscal years ending September 30, 2020 and September 30, 2021 to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
- financial and compliance audit(s) of the financial statements of all funds, grants and contracts
- adequate office space for the efficient conduct of the audits and provide normal staff assistance during the audit, not including preparation of work papers and schedules.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 11, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 18, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
