[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology professional services for augment staff capacity and expertise to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.
- trade secrets, commercial information, financial information, or copyrighted material
- Installs, configures, tunes, and troubleshoots vendor provided software. Configure enterprise level functions and system to system integrations
- application support for end users of a suite of business applications including vendor and custom developed software
- Set up, operate, and maintain audio and video equipment including, but not limited to microphones, sound speakers, video screens, projectors, video monitors, video conferencing, online meetings, webinars, recording equipment, connecting wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, sound quality and related electronic equipment for meetings, presentations, conventions, and press conferences
- Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives. Prepares functional, system and programming specifications using industry accepted practices
- Possesses expert technical knowledge and ability to accurately and effectively perform development activities
- Lead the project team and proactively manage the project together with the IT Project Manager
- Assist team by providing leadership in the completion of project processes/deliverables
- Assist with all deliverables and tasks to do with technical configuration and troubleshooting
- Administers, manages and maintains public and private cloud, environment
- technical direction to IT project managers and developers for data warehouse and business intelligence initiatives
- Develops data warehouse and business intelligence applications for a multi-tiered enterprise data warehouse environment
- Conducts business process analyses and needs assessments in an effort to align GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology solutions with the business initiatives
- Collects and inputs data into the geographic information system from a variety of different sources
- Develops custom GIS (Geographic Information Systems) programs in a variety of languages designed to enhance user functionality and ease of use
- Develops custom programs in a variety of languages designed to enhance user functionality and ease of use
- Secures enterprise information by determining security requirements; planning, implementing, and testing security systems; preparing security standards, policies, and procedures
- Administers social media environment including social media site setup, security, roles and permissions
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive social media strategy and road map county-wide
- Develops custom programs in a variety of languages designed to enhance user functionality and ease of use
(2) An optional pre-bid conference call will be held on July 9, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
