[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide window cleaning service to the government authority located in Dearborn, MI.
- All interior and exterior windows in the complex (including all office, work room, mirrored high level theatre windows, skylights, and staircase glass).
- It is the responsibility of each vendor to visit the FCPAC complex to visually inspect and be familiar with the existing conditions, the amount and size of windows, the total surface area of windows to be cleaned, materials, equipment, and labor required to complete the project. All work shall be performed in a professional, courteous workman-like manner using quality equipment and materials, all of which must be maintained and operated with the highest standard.
- Glass washing shall be done with clean water and necessary equipment to remove all dirt, grease or stains, and shall be left dry. The use of mild soap, ammonia, or other cleaning agents shall be allowed in solution with water, but only such materials will be allowed that are not injurious to painted, varnished, or building surfaces. Premises in the vicinity of the work shall be left clean on a daily basis.
(2) Contract period will be for two years.
