[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing services including Branding, Marketing Strategy and on-going Marketing Services,
- Utilize extensive research to make data-driven decisions throughout the branding process,
- Develop brand messaging including mission statement, vision statement and 15-second elevator pitch with brand descriptors,
- Design a brand identity to be designed,
- Design social media images and content,
- Design updated physical signage for City entrance points,
- Create a brand launch plan to include social media, public relations, media relations,
- Ensure that all work is created is owned and delivered to Madison Heights through a digital sharing platform,
- Develop Key Performance Indicators and track, monitor, and report back to the effectiveness of the branding and marketing strategies,
- Strategic marketing plans and calendars including tactics such as social, public relations and paid media,
- Graphic design services for a number of deliverables including but not limited to digital ads and printed materials,
- Content creation for the website, social media, advertisements and more,
- Media buying,
- New brand identity is sustainable and assisting in attracting, retaining and expanding businesses
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
