[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide college tour service summer 2019 to
• All meals included
• Transportation by motor coach for approximately 48 persons including adults
• The motor coach must be equipped with wifi and working power outlets at each seat
• Lodging at three-diamond (AAA) rated or higher hotels that include breakfast w/room
• Leaving Rochester, MI Friday 7/26; Returning not later than Wednesday morning 7/31 (Leaving Thursday night is a possibility)
• College Tours are not optional; suggested itinerary items on Attachment A are not exclusive
• Hotels w/pools preferred. None w/individual doors that open to the outside.
• Estimated lodging: 2 singles, 3 doubles, 10 quads (based on 48 people total)
• Please provide total per person cost including motor coach, accommodations, breakfasts at hotels, lunches, dinners, admissions and guide service, taxes and gratuities (guide and driver) pricing as follows:
o Quad – 9 Student Quads
o Double – 3 Staff Double
o Single – 2 Staff Singles to the government authority located in Michigan.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2019.
(3) A contract period will be three to five years.
