[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide communications and subject matter expert training consultant services for high quality messaging, media, and interview coaching to ITP managers, executive team, and communications team in order to assist them in sharing information with internal and external audiences, and to share and procedure
building expertise and guidance to the communications manager in reviewing and building appropriate policies and procedures for the department and organization,
- To share a structured preparation process to develop ideas and resources for participants that might cover messaging, proof points, news angles, and more,
- To provide individual assessment and expert feedback and learning points on strengths and weaknesses of identified participants after the training to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 21, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
