[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal facilities energy audits services for multiple City-owned facilities that culminates in a set of recommended energy conservation measures (ECMs) for each site. The final energy audit evaluation(s) presented should also, where possible, identify and distinguish the contributing energy demand loads among existing equipment and systems in a manner clearly indicating the proportionate usage among each as a share of the facility as a whole. Audits should detail alternatives for optimizing use of existing systems where possible, Maintain and provide documentation demonstrating that the Contractor and all sub-contractors have the required licensing and registration requirements to perform the work, Provide supervision, architects, engineers, electricians, designers, drafts-people, or other personnel necessary for the preparation of drawings and design specifications required for the project to the government authority located in Needham, MA.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 17, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
