[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal camera network services including hardware and installation to the government authority located in Michigan.
- The city is in the process of setting up a blue light camera project that is intended to install cameras in various locations throughout two municipalities such as businesses, neighbourhoods, schools, etc.
- Installation of a fuse panel to support listed hardware
- Installation of new plugs that integrate into the power backup system for all listed components
- Installation of an AC cool only unit that can maintain 70 degrees at all times
- Desktop Dual Monitor Mounts
- Video Wall' with a separate workstation
- All mounting hardware, cabling and installation fees should be included in the quote
- Each workstation must contain a manufactured PC that supports a dual monitor setup with displays starting at 27 inches
- The workstation must also include a separate video processing card and redundant disks for a windows operating system
- The workstation must contain the latest generation of all internally installed hardware and must have 4-hour support resolution times for a term of 36 months
- Warranty on hardware
- On-site service with emergency dispatch
(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 20, 2019.
