Government Authority located Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Replacement of an Existing Telephony System.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Replacement of an Existing Telephony System that currently also services eight other school districts across a regional WAN to Vendors can choose to respond to one or both options
OPTION 1 – New standalone system. This option will include everything necessary to
implement an ip telephony system at CPS, including but not limited to: phones, voice gateways,
call management server(s), voice mail server(s), installation/configuration of the telephony
infrastructure, assisting each sites technical support staff or contractor with the switch port
configuration needed to support the new phones and system and warranties/support contracts.
OPTION 2 (preferred) – Expansion of Tuscola ISD’s existing Cisco IP telephony system to
include CPS. CPS is connected via a 10Gb fiber link to TISD via the REMC 10 regional WAN.
The WAN consists of several levels of redundancy via rings and multiple fiber paths. All of the
WAN electronics are Cisco. REMC 10/TISD staff manage the core and WAN edge switches for
all participating districts.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
