[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile workforce work order software and implementation services shall be able to capture and analyze related data while maintaining a low time burden on staff while increasing accessibility in terms of use and field mobility.
- Paperless work order capability
- Work order management system
- Transform all customer inquiries immediately into digital format
- Geospatial Data Creation and Interoperable
- Application for Mobile, Web, and desktop platforms
- Cloud computing and Management or On-Site Customer Server
- Geographic information system centric system platform
- Shall have cost retention and billing capability
- Shall have inventory management capability
- Database – Microsoft SQL
- Operating system – Windows
- Shall have on –line real time work order retention capability
(2) A recommended pre-SOQ meeting will be held on June 27, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 19, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
