Government Authority located in Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for personal information research databases services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide personal information research databases services to the government authority located in Michigan.
- To provide electronic access and use of various current and continuously updated personal information databases, including libraries and related services for online reference in research,
- Subscription services must run under commonly used web browsers. At a minimum, the software must support Internet Explorer v11 or higher, or Edge, Chrome v71 or higher, Firefox v62 or higher, and Safari v12 or higher both under the Windows and iOS operating systems,
- The contractor must immediately report any system outages shutdowns the to the contract administrator, within 24 hours of problem resolution and restart, the contractor must also prepare and submit a report to the contract administrator or designee indicating elapsed downtime hours, start end timeframes, reason for the outage, impact on the systems (lost data, etc.) for each occurrence, and a resolution to mitigate future occurrences,
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 12, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
