[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health care services to government authority located in Detroit, MI.
- Non-emergency occupational health care services,
- Pre-employment physical exams,
- Return-to-work physical exams,
- Drug and alcohol screening test,
- Random testing and management,
- Audiometry services,
- Mental health evaluation,
- On-site physician Services,
- Mobile health one etc.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2019.
(3) The contract term will be for two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
