[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide media production service for the production service of various type of events that includes city council proceedings, press conference, must be available to provide audio/video equipment service, must be able to provide speakers that can be handle room sizes from 50-5000 people.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 24, 2019.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

Onshore (Canada Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
