[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IP telephony system for allow efficient comparison, telecom capabilities and uses, cost‐effective replacement for the existing office phone services, easy to maintain by personnel, capacity to support voicemail boxes for all staff and a minimum capacity of 30 minutes per extension, allowing the capability for the caller to leave a message, ease of using these and making sure that the messages are retrieved on a timely basis, cloud based options, describe survivability capabilities.
(2) A site survey will be held on May 30, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 3, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
