[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide veterans affairs marketing services to establish an outreach campaign, desires the outreach campaign to bring awareness, variety of marketing and outreach materials to achieve these objectives, procedure to be used for testing and validation of the marketing services prior to its final endorsement and description of any training materials that will be provided to the county for use by end users of the marketing services.
(2) A mandatory site visit will be held on June 3, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
