[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide vital records management system will capture, store and preserve the vital records that will allow innovative solutions for integrated technology and legislative changes, the system also needs to have a stand-alone server not linked to the register of deeds backup, the system would allow for the electronic data interchanges with existing software, judicial information system, the system provide for in-house searching of genealogical vital records to the public, current system all software and associated hardware, along with a shared server in the register of deeds office are provided.
(2) A mandatory site visit and pre-proposal meeting will be held on June 7, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
