[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide general legal and prosecution services for legal counsel on all issues related to land use, mater plan, zoning, code enforcement, tax incentives, industrial development, state and county economic development, ordinances, litigation, and other land use, planning, and zoning related items,
- Provide legal counsel on all issues concerning personal and real property taxation, including collection, tribunal representation, abatement, and litigation,
- Provide special legal counsel, either through direct representation, referral, co-counsel, or third-party support of unique or specialty areas of legal consult including but not limited to real estate, grant funding, utility commission, solid waste, water resources, bonding, Brownfield development, intergovernmental agreements and environmental issues, including litigation in all areas,
- Said duties include review, prepare and revise ordinances; review arrange or prepare required notices; review and prepare all documents for the purchase and sale of real and personal property, including: preparation of quit claim deeds and interpretation of related public acts, tax assessing, and the tax implications of same to the government authority located in Lake Orion, MI.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 31, 2019.
