[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide public address system upgrades including equipment and installation services to the government authority located in DeWitt, MI.
- Owner desires to replace systems currently in operation and serving indicated locations with new and more maintainable technology,
- Propose a system to be installed and connected to the owner’s existing infrastructure where possible and replace existing infrastructure if it is inadequate to perform,
- Design, engineer, configure, supply, connect, test, document, train Owner representatives and warrant a fully operational and compliant system, complete and with full functionality,
- Coordinate their installation with other communication systems, contractors, designer and the owner as is appropriate.
(2) Intent to bid due is May 29, 2019
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on May 28, 2019.
(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 30, 2019.
