[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide labour and employment legal services for candidates who can provide labour relations, employment and fringe benefit legal and consulting services to the county’s human resources department to the government authority located in Waterford, MI.
- Able to assist the county in labour relations matters, including:
• Assist as needed in collective bargaining
• Represent the county in act 312 arbitrations
• Represent the county in fact finding cases
• Represent the county in labour contract arbitrations as requested
• Represent the county in unfair labour practice matters
• Represent the county in unit clarification matters, union election campaigns, and other proceedings
• Act 152 and act 54
• Aca issues as they pertain to collective bargaining
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 28, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
