[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate wellness consultant services to assist in developing and implementing an enterprise-wide best practices corporate wellness program to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI.
- Listen, learn, and assess current needs utilizing efficient tools and methodologies for basis of
developing a fiscally responsible wellness program for county
- Assist the Wellness Committee in developing a long-term strategy that stimulates vision, mission
and guidelines for establishing and implementing a corporate-wide wellness program utilizing
industry best practices based from Respondent’s demonstrated professional expertise
- respondent long-term strategy must include a comprehensive branding strategy, design, marketing and communication plan for the corporate-wide wellness program
- Highlight and explain legal or other risk considerations of corporate wellness program
- Provide meaningful measurement tools and recommendations to engage, monitor and share wellness program results including but not limited to use of websites, electronic databases, print or digital resource tools
(2) A conference will be held on May 21, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 22, 2019.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
