[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide photography services for arts centre including photographic documentation will highlight the unique aspects of each subject in the map collection in a direct and clear manner. a full accounting of each subject from appropriate angles and viewpoints should be undertaken to accurately reflect the depict an understanding of the form, including a cataloguing of surface details. photographs will also serve as a record of existing conditions to understand the effects of weather or incidental damage accrued by the subject over time. will use these images and videos (as needed) primarily for documentation, archiving and publication of the map collection. images captured by the selected vendor will be added to the permanent map collection archive. map requires appealing images that tell the story of the map collection to enable fulfilment of the commission's goals make Marquette known as a haven for works of significant artistic merit,
integrate public art into all aspects of the community and make art openly available to all citizens; create distinct places, spaces, and objects that distinguish the character of the city, educate the public about local history, culture, and values through public art, increase the city's standing as both a tourism destination and a desirable place to live and highlight the efforts of local artists as well as featuring works of regionally, nationally and internationally notable artists.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
