[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide access controls and security camera system to the government authority located in Fenton, MI.
- Removal of the existing Galaxy control boards in each of our buildings
- Provide and install new control boards that are compatible with genetic access control software
- Installation of the proper number of modules at each control board to control the current number of doors and readers in each of our buildings
- Migrate our access control database onto the genetic platform, from the galaxy platform
- Configure the genetic access control system with our current door schedules and security groups
- Provide the necessary training to our technology staff on the operation and maintenance of genetics access control system
- Provide the proper licensing from genetic to cover our current door and reader count
- Ensure that all doors are operating on the necessary schedule, once the change to genetic has been completed
- Vendor must be able to provide future onsite support when necessary
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on May 16, 2019.
