[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide superintendent search consultant services to assist the board of education in its recruitment of a new superintendent, advice and assistance to the board in the overall search, including the interview process and a recommended timeline for recruitment, selection and communications, develop a candidate profile and job description, with significant input from all stakeholder groups – teachers, administrators, staff, parents, students, board, and community members, prepare summaries from conversations with all stakeholder groups throughout the search process, assist the board in conducting a nationwide search that generates a diversified pool of highly qualified candidates, recommend/develop a search process that includes input from all stakeholder groups, advertise nationally and statewide to identify and solicit applications from superior candidates, communicate with candidates to coordinate and facilitate the interview process, evaluate and rank qualified applicants in accordance with the criteria developed, conduct reference and background checks on all interviewees, as required, including extensive reference checks on the three to six finalists, as requested, prepare reports and recommendations to the board, including information on the candidate pool and obtain additional information from candidates as needed, assist the board in developing a transition plan, maintain confidentiality of all information procured or maintained by the consultant to the government authority located in Bloomfield Hills, MI.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than May 16, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
