[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Ip security camera system to the government authority located in Saginaw, MI.
- The solution will also add to upgrade or replace the existing network video recorder while maintaining the exact vision software and configuration
- The solution shall include all necessary category 6 communications cabling, Ip cameras, server, recording or monitoring software licensing, and complete installation services
- Vendor will provide and install fifteen Axis P3227-LV Network Cameras
- Vendor will provide the appropriate number of exact vision camera licenses for the additional cameras including any camera license that come with the new
- All cabling hardware and supplies should be including in the quote response
- All project planning, cabling, mounting, installation, configuration, and testing should be included in the quote response
- Costs associated must include any overtime for pre-installation, installation, and cutover work that may occur
- The Vendor shall secure all permits, inspections, and authorizations required to complete its work associated
- This includes adequate personnel for technical issues and user problems that develop on the following day immediately following cutover
