Government Authority located in Warren, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for certified athletic training services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide certified athletic training services to the government authority located in Warren, MI.
- Provide certified athletic trainer services as required by conference regulations for 1000 hours per year, increase in hours is possible
- The assigned to the college will manage athletic injuries and perform follow-up evaluations of the remediation of the injury and consultation with college coaches and injured athletes with respect to re-entry in athletic activity
- The will consult with appropriate health care professionals in the treatment and follow-up of the injured athlete as the deems necessary and as directed by policies and procedures developed in conjunction with the, college team physician, and the college
- They will provide under the direction of a licensed physician a pre-participation screening to all college athletes
- Screening results will be discussed with the athlete and an appropriate exercise program will be outlined for the athlete
- Provide pre-season physical examinations of all student athletes wishing to participate in intercollegiate athletics performed by an appropriately licensed and certified doctor in the state
- Work with the athletic director to develop a good connection and access for evaluation of injury le, X-ray, MRI, orthopaedic specialists
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 13, 2019.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than May 16, 2019.
(4) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
