[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based backup service to store an offsite copy of backup data on an ongoing annual subscription basis.
- We are seeking a BaaS to store a copy these backups off-site in case of disaster. We would intend to copy FULL BACKUPS only to the BaaS once per week during the overnight hours. Data storage would be for approximately 10 TB of data.
- Though the following is not an exhaustive list, the BaaS must:
• Transmit and store data in an encrypted format.
• Operate in a Secured Data Center facility in the United States that has proper UPS and generator backup.
• Operate in a facility that is located 10 miles or more from the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan.
• Provide administrative visibility into the consumption and protection status of the data.
• Provide restoration assistance 24 x 7 x 365.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 10, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
