Government Authority located in Flint, Michigan; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for design procurement and construction start up services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide design procurement and construction start up services for Distribution system water quality monitoring project, and includes to the government authority located in Flint, MI.
- Preparation of a brief design concept critique to identify specific scope modifications which may result in a more cost-effective project, simplify construction and improve system operations
- Preparation and maintenance of a progress schedule throughout the project duration, the schedule shall compare actual to scheduled activities and be updated monthly
- Interaction with all utility companies, if required, to design and specify proper service for the proposed improvements
- Preparation of a complete set of design drawings and specifications for all required engineering disciplines with an adequate level of detail to allow effective and efficient construction of the project
- Preparation of a narrative description of the operation of the panels to be used by plant operations personnel to familiarize themselves with the operation, capabilities and limitations of the proposed improvements
- Maintain electronic communication capabilities with the water department through the design and construction phases of the project
- Manage and complete the installation of all components of the project at all locations
- Manage and participation in the project start-up
- Preparation and submission of electronic record drawings within two months after project start-up
- properly manage all financial records and related paperwork in compliance with the funding grant programs, work with the city and state supporting their invoice reimbursement procedures.
(2) A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on May 6, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
