(1) Vendor needs to provide site security upgrade services to cover firmware upgrades, control board changes, software installation, computer upgrades and training for county users and administrators, as well as integrations to other monitoring security hardware such as cameras, intercoms, speakers, panic or trouble buttons, other to the government authority located in West Olive, MI.
