[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal investment advisor services for portfolio management to the government authority located in Mt. Pleasant, MI.
- Assist the City with cash flow/maturity analysis
- credit analysis of investment instruments in portfolio
- Evaluate market risk and develop strategies that minimize the impact on the portfolio
- assurance of portfolio compliance with applicable policies and laws
- Be aware of and communicate changes in pertinent regulations, rules, pronouncements, and state or federal law that affect the investment portfolio.
- Ensure portfolio structure matches government entity objectives.
- Manage broker/dealer relationships
- Maximize incremental income from its portfolio while maintaining appropriate risk tolerances.
- Operational efficiency and information flow on the portfolio.
- Improve its investment capabilities
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 17, 2019.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
