[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental consulting services for asbestos abatement related services at buildings will correspond to the construction work being performed each summer to the government authority located in Grosse Pointe, MI.
- Provide owner representation services for testing, management and monitoring for environmental consulting services
- Provide project management services including advising agency on contract terms and arrangements, overseeing application and procurements for all applicable permits and licenses, scheduling and coordinating all abatement work, reviewing payment applications and invoices and all other management services required to ensure a completed project
- Provide project management services including advising agency on contract terms and arrangements, overseeing application and procurements for all applicable permits and licenses, scheduling and coordinating all abatement work, reviewing payment applications and invoices and all other management services required to ensure a completed project
- The environmental consultant will be responsible for coordinating and procuring all licenses, permits, approvals, etc, of all governmental and regulatory agencies as required by all federal, state and local laws
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 23, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
