[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital evidence management solution for the storage and management of an unlimited number of images, raw images, video, audio and other file types and to be installed by vendor onto county-owned storage system (physical or cloud-based) or as a vendor-hosted software as a service (SaaS) solution, invest in a software solution that allows for unlimited upload and authentication of digital files, to implement a solution that has current or future mobile device integration capability, to benefit from a modern software that has features that provide workflow efficiencies, to maximize the data migrated from the prior digital evidence management system currently in use, to expedite the upload, storage and transfer of digital files within a single location, to provide a user-friendly, efficient and secure environment for the storage and retention of all county-owned/managed digital evidence, to allow county agencies to have secure data ownership and uniform exchange with the county prosecuting attorney’s office, to allow separate system administration and security for each participating agency.
- Officers may respond to the following calls for service dispatched calls for service (person crime / property crime / crimes against society), officer initiated (in progress crime / traffic violations), crime reports, arrests and community care taking incidents.
- In 2017, 73,375 calls for service for unincorporated county (including self-initiated field activity) with an average of 179 to 230 dispatched calls per day.
(2) All question had been submitted no later than April 15, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
